Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AIobotics Lab, operated by AIobotics LAb, collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you communicate with us through WhatsApp or use services connected to our WhatsApp automation.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

  • Your WhatsApp phone number, profile name, and identifiers supplied by WhatsApp.
  • The content of messages you send, including questions, replies, and attachments that you choose to provide.
  • Message metadata, such as timestamps, message identifiers, delivery status, and conversation history.
  • Business inquiry information, such as your name, company, requested service, and contact preferences.
  • Technical and security information required to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Receive and respond to WhatsApp messages.
  • Provide requested information about our services.
  • Operate automated workflows and generate relevant chatbot responses.
  • Route an inquiry to a human representative when appropriate.
  • Maintain conversation context, improve service quality, and troubleshoot errors.
  • Prevent misuse, fraud, security incidents, and unauthorized access.
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

3. AI-assisted responses

Our WhatsApp service may use artificial intelligence to understand messages and draft responses. Message content may therefore be transmitted to an AI service provider acting on our behalf. Users should not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, health information, or other highly sensitive information through the chatbot unless we specifically provide an approved secure channel.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate. Important commercial, legal, financial, or technical decisions should be confirmed with an authorized human representative. The chatbot is not intended to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.

4. Legal bases

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar law applies, we process information as necessary to respond to your request or take steps at your request, based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing our services, based on consent where required, and to comply with legal obligations. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting us.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We may share information only as necessary with providers that support the service, including:

  • Meta Platforms and WhatsApp, which transmit WhatsApp messages and related metadata.
  • Cloud-hosting and infrastructure providers used to run our systems.
  • Workflow automation and database services used to process and store requests.
  • AI model providers used to analyze messages or generate responses.
  • Professional advisers or authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.

We do not sell personal information. We require service providers to process information only for authorized purposes and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

6. International transfers

Some service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, contractual protections, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

7. Data retention

We retain WhatsApp conversation data for 90 days, unless a longer period is needed to provide an ongoing service, maintain required business records, resolve a dispute, prevent misuse, or comply with law. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably required.

8. Security

We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, protected credentials, secure network connections, and restricted administrative access. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal information; object to certain processing; obtain a portable copy of information; and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your country.

To submit a request, email technical.sales@aioboticslab.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also ask us to stop WhatsApp communications at any time by messaging "STOP".

10. Children

Our business inquiry service is not directed to children. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child without the authorization required by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Third-party services

Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. This policy does not control how independent third parties process information for their own purposes.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version on this page and update the date shown above. Material changes may be communicated through additional appropriate channels.
